The Municipal Executive Office is responsible for the management and coordination of all municipal activities.
Within the administration, there are several supportive and governing functions such as HR, communication, finance, and IT.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be part of the Digital Development unit, which consists of four digitalization leaders, one digitalization coordinator, three developers, and one unit manager.
In your role as a digitalization coordinator, you will collaborate with others to develop and implement both internal and external e-services and manage our shared e-service platform. You will also participate in, coordinate, and follow up on processes and projects to increase efficiency or quality. Tasks and content may change over time depending on development and needs. There are great opportunities for development in this area.
To be the right person for this position, you need to be proactive, driven, and self-sufficient. You should also be decisive and have the ability to structure, drive, and document work processes and results, which will be crucial. As an employee, you are expected to monitor the external environment and continuously work on development and quality improvement within your areas of responsibility.
The work will take place in close collaboration with others within the digitalization department and the municipality's administrations. As a person, you have a natural problem-solving ability and feel confident making your own decisions. You are inclusive and engaged in your work and your colleagues, and you enjoy working both in teams and independently.
You take responsibility for delivering quality service while driving products and methods forward in a structured manner. Additionally, you enjoy having many contacts and have the ability to understand the needs of the target group.
QUALIFICATIONS
Relevant academic education, such as in IT, informatics, systems science, social sciences, or equivalent, or other post-secondary education and experience that the employer deems equivalent.
You have a good technical understanding and knowledge of digitalization and are accustomed to working with processes.
We would like you to have knowledge and experience in some of the following areas:
- agile work with innovation and development focused on digitalization
- finance and coordination
- data visualization
- project management/project coordination
- GDPR and personal data management
- Microsoft 365 and digital tools
- programming experience
- at least a B driver's license
In addition to your knowledge and skills, we place great importance on your personal qualities. You prioritize the team over yourself and enjoy managing multiple projects simultaneously while working carefully and systematically. The assignment requires you to be flexible, driven, self-sufficient, and able to collaborate easily with others to achieve goals. In your communication, you are clear and have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
