We are now looking for several experienced system technicians / IAM specialists for a long-term assignment within identity and access management in a critical and classified IT environment. The assignment includes both system development and system management with a focus on modern and secure identity solutions.

The role is system and identity-focused and differs from traditional network roles. The focus is on Active Directory, IAM, authentication, and access control in a classified environment.

The work includes both development and management in a complex IT environment where automation, security-enhancing measures, and clear routines are central parts. As a consultant, you are expected to contribute to the further development of technical solutions, documentation creation, and participate in daily operations as needed.

In the level 3 role, the focus is on management, automation, and establishing routines within identity and access management. You actively contribute to structuring work methods and creating a clear workflow for access control.

• Competence level 3 (4–8 years of relevant experience)
• At least 4 years of experience with ADDS
• Current and at least 2 years of experience with ADFS (within the last 8 years)
• Good experience with PowerShell for automation
• Experience with internal and external certificate management (PKI)
• Experience from environments with high security requirements
• Experience in large and complex operational environments
• Experience in producing technical documentation
• Experience from at least three assignments within government or larger organizations
• Very good ability to express oneself in Swedish, both spoken and written

The level 4 role has a strategic and development-oriented responsibility with a focus on access control, authentication, and security architecture. The role involves driving technical development forward and contributing operationally in a smaller specialist group.

• Competence level 4 (9–12 years of relevant experience)
• At least 4 years of experience in development with C#
• At least 4 years of experience with ADDS
• Current and at least 2 years of experience with ADFS (within the last 8 years)
• Very good experience with PowerShell and automation
• Good experience with internal and external certificate management (PKI)
• Experience from environments with high security requirements
• Experience in large and complex operational environments
• Documented experience in technical documentation
• Experience from at least three assignments within government or larger organizations
• Very good ability to express oneself in Swedish, both spoken and written

• Participation in at least two IAM implementation projects
• Experience with onboarding and offboarding processes in large organizations

• Experience in producing routines and technical documentation for complex IT environments

• Scope: Full-time
