Delivery Coordinator at the Swedish Prison and Probation Service

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a delivery coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating deliveries in close collaboration with the teams delivering IT infrastructure. You will collaborate with project managers, coordinators, technicians, and core operations to ensure that the right delivery occurs at the right time. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ordering, inventory management, and delivery follow-up.

The position is new within the section, and you will actively participate in developing processes, instructions, and working methods related to order management, inventory management, freight handling, and production planning. Regular travel is included in the position.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Completed upper secondary school qualifications in the form of a final certificate or diploma
• Experience in purchasing hardware and IT services
• Experience in delivery follow-up
• Experience working with e-commerce systems and financial systems
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Basic knowledge and understanding of IT, applications, and infrastructure
• Ability to express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish and English
• Category B driving license

It is advantageous if you have:

• Post-secondary education in IT or other education that the Swedish Prison and Probation Service deems relevant for the position
• Experience in supplier collaboration
• Experience in purchasing software and licenses
• Experience working with RAKEL
• Experience working with service models and service concepts
• Experience working with asset registers
• Experience in public procurement and LOU
• Experience working in government administration
• Good knowledge of network components, server components, PCs, and peripherals
• Knowledge of AV technology, telephony services, and printers as well as printing solutions
• Knowledge of the core operations of the Swedish Prison and Probation Service
