The Swedish Armed Forces is looking for an administrator focused on software license management

License Function
The position will be part of a team where everyone helps cover multiple areas of responsibility.
The license function is designed to provide the organization with support in license management. The team actively works to ensure that the purchase and management of licenses are carried out according to current regulations. A license function manages the lifecycle of licenses from investigation, procurement, purchase, delivery, documentation, renewal, and to closure.
Main Responsibilities
The position includes several activities related to software license management.
- Conduct purchases according to routine.
- Manage registry maintenance and create and update documents.
- Monitor license status and purchase new license needs.
- Engage in dialogue with management and users on licensing issues.
- Be able to participate in a project or contribute to investigative work.

Qualifications
We believe you are an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a structured manner.
- Documented experience in administration
- Documented knowledge of IT structure
- You need to master Swedish and English well, both spoken and written
- Hold a driver's license (at least B)
- Swedish citizen
Meritorious
- Knowledge of licenses
- Knowledge of procurement and contracts
- Experience working with similar tasks within the Swedish Armed Forces
- Experience working with similar tasks within or with another authority or public sector
- Experience with security-classified tasks

The employment form is a civilian permanent position full-time, starting with a 6-month probationary period for candidates who are currently not employed within the Swedish Armed Forces. The location is Örebro. Start date as soon as possible or as agreed. Business travel may occur in the job.
