JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for an engaged IT technician for the Identity and Access Management group within the IT department of the Swedish Prison and Probation Service. The group is responsible for the operation, management, and development of the authority's identity and access solutions, where Active Directory Domain Services, Active Directory Certificate Services, and Active Directory Federation Services are central components.

As an IT technician in these areas, you will be an important part of ensuring a robust, reliable, and efficient infrastructure for identity and access management. You will work both operationally and developmentally with competent colleagues in IT security, infrastructure, and system management.

The section provides and maintains existing functionality, security, and availability for the applications included in the agreed service delivery. Furthermore, the section is responsible for operational monitoring of the IT environment of the Swedish Prison and Probation Service, as well as operational IT security to detect, prevent, and address security threats.

The position of IT technician belongs to the Identity and Access Management group. The group is responsible for the development, operation, and management of infrastructure services such as AD, PKI, ADFS, IGA, and lifecycle management of identities and permissions.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Completed upper secondary school education in the form of a final grade or diploma, or other education combined with experience deemed relevant by the Swedish Prison and Probation Service
• Several years of experience working with Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS)
• Experience working with PowerShell
• Good knowledge of ADDS
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is advantageous if you have:

• Relevant vocational or higher education
• Certifications in Microsoft Windows
• Experience working with Active Directory Certificate Services (ASCS)
• Experience working with Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS)
• Experience with Pointsharp NetID Portal
• Experience with network and server infrastructure
• Certifications in relevant areas
• Good knowledge of ADCS and ADFS
• Good knowledge of automation and scripting
• Good knowledge of networking, security, and server administration
• Good knowledge of Pointsharp NetID Portal
