Your role

As a technical leader with us, you will be part of our technical management team. The job involves close collaboration with architects, developers, product management, and systems engineers in other material groups within the Gripen project. The main task is to work with system engineering to feed our development teams with development work that builds functionality in our product, but the day-to-day will include many mixed tasks that need to be performed to continuously deliver the product to our customers.

Your responsibilities

• System engineering to feed development teams with work to build functionality in the product
• Interacting with other systems engineers within the Gripen project
• Supporting development teams during the creation of new functionality
• Meeting with stakeholders and discussing technical solutions with others in the project

Your profile

As a person, you are positive, outgoing, driven, results-oriented, and a pronounced team player. A system or technology-oriented education from a university/college is desirable, but knowledge acquired through other education and work experience is also interesting.

To thrive in the role, we believe you have:

• Experience working with systems engineering
• An open, friendly, and constructive way of discussing solutions
• An interest in continuous learning

Experience with C#, .Net, and Azure DevOps is a merit.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, there may be requirements for certain citizenship.
