Xamera DEV is now looking for a project manager with a technical background for a consulting assignment in Linköping. The role is suitable for you who have a few years of experience in technical development environments and want to take the next step in project management in technically advanced contexts.

You will work closely with engineers and development teams in design and development projects where technical understanding, structure, and collaboration are crucial. The role is less about administration and more about creating progress, clarity, and coordination in technical projects. Previous experience in project management is valuable, but the most important thing is that you have the right drive, communication skills, and the ability to understand the technology.

• Has approximately 3–6 years of experience in technical development environments

• Has worked in or close to technical development projects, for example in construction, software, or systems development

• Has some experience in project management, sub-project management, or coordinating roles

• Has good technical understanding and is comfortable collaborating with engineers and developers

• Can quickly grasp technical issues and contexts

• Thrives in design and development-related projects

• Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

You are structured, communicative, and responsible. You easily build trust, are attentive yet proactive, and dare to take initiative when needed. You enjoy keeping the big picture together, making things happen, and contributing to technical teams focusing on what they do best.
