We are looking for an experienced Power BI consultant who wants to be part of a growing team tasked with supporting the business in becoming more data-driven. You will work in an environment where BI support is in demand and prioritized, and where you, together with colleagues and internal customers, contribute to the development of both solutions and working methods.

About the assignment The assignment involves developing and further enhancing dashboards and reports in Power BI based on the needs of the business. You will work closely with internal customers to understand their challenges, gather and prioritize requirements, and guide them towards simple, clear, and effective BI solutions.

The role is part of a team with several competencies within data and analysis, where collaboration and common processes are central. The working language alternates between Swedish and English in daily work 🌍

Responsibilities Design and development of user-friendly dashboards and reports in Power BI Dialog with internal customers and stakeholders to gather, understand, and prioritize needs Work with user stories and requirements related to BI deliveries Coaching the business on how BI solutions can be made simple and purposeful Collaboration with data engineers regarding requirements for backend and data solutions Application of best practices in Power BI, data modeling, DAX, and visualization Contribute to the team's working methods, efficiency, and quality development

Scope and conditions Start as soon as possible Assignment duration 1 year, with the possibility of extension Location Finspång, work is on-site Full-time assignment

Qualifications Very good and documented experience with Power BI Experience in designing dashboards based on business needs Experience in data modeling and working with DAX
