We are now looking for summer substitutes for our clients in Falun.

Who are you?

As a person, you need to be confident in yourself, able to adapt to different situations, and have a strong sense of integrity. You will work actively based on the client's needs. You should have a strong work ethic and sense of responsibility.

About the position:

We are looking for summer substitutes who will cover the regular assistants' shifts during the summer, but there may also be opportunities to hire some as on-call substitutes who step in when someone is sick. We prefer that you can be introduced to several of our clients in Falun, so flexibility and the ability to meet different types of clients is a big plus. It is also a significant advantage if you can step in and work at short notice.

The clients:

Our clients living in Falun have varying ages and needs, from young adults who are more active to older individuals who need more peace and quiet. Autism, MS, power wheelchairs/wheelchairs; some clients can speak and advocate for themselves, while others cannot, and you will need to learn to interpret the client's signals. Pets (cats and dogs) are present with two of the clients, and one client rides. A driver's license is required for some clients and is therefore an asset.

Experience:

It is an advantage but not a requirement that you have experience working in care and support, preferably as a personal assistant. In your application, I would like you to tell us about yourself, as it is the client who chooses their assistant, so we will place great emphasis on personality and chemistry. You will receive necessary training on-site with the client.

Schedule:

All clients have different schedules; both day and night shifts occur, as well as shorter shifts during the day and evening. With some clients, you will work completely independently, while with others, there may be double assistance. Please clearly state in your application what times of day you are available to work.

Desired qualifications:

⁃Good physical condition

⁃A driver's license is preferred

Requirements:

- Good Swedish in speech and writing

At Inkludera:

As an employee with us at Inkludera assistans, you are covered by a collective agreement and pension agreement. You are insured while at work and commuting to/from work in case something unforeseen happens.

We care about ensuring that you, as an employee, feel comfortable with us!

Interviews are conducted continuously, and employment may occur before the advertisement's expiration date. Introductory visits with clients may take place as early as this winter/spring.

Welcome to submit your application 💚
