The area of intensive and perioperative care (VO IPV) at Skåne University Hospital offers anesthesia, surgical care, intensive care, and postoperative care in Lund. Within our area, we also conduct pain management activities and are responsible for Lund's sterilization services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main tasks will be directed towards ICU-Postop, and you will do this together with another one of our medical secretaries. There will also be tasks within the other administrative unit and other outpatient activities that you will be involved in or responsible for.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with an approved education in health and medical administration, 80p KY or 400p YH, or equivalent approved medical secretary training. You have good knowledge of medical terminology and master the Swedish language well in both speech and writing. It is an advantage if you have previously worked in Melior, MedSpeech, Orbit, and Pasis, and have done so in outpatient units as well as having DRG training.

Personal qualities that are highly valued include having a service mindset, integrity, and understanding the importance of handling information professionally. As a person, you work in a structured manner and can prioritize tasks when necessary. You enjoy working both independently and collaboratively with others.
