Your Assignment

In the role of teacher for after-school care, you will work with students in grades F-3. You will be part of an after-school care team and work closely with a colleague and a teacher. Together, you will collaborate and plan to ensure that students receive the best possible education and development. You will work with students in a class according to the curriculum and at the after-school care with a mixed-age group F-3. Furthermore, with the team, you will plan, prepare, implement, and evaluate activities based on established guidelines. You are responsible for the students' safety and activities during breaks, as well as conducting fun and educational activities outdoors and indoors with the students.

Your Experience

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• teaching certification for after-school care or another higher educational qualification deemed equivalent by the employer
• experience working in the school environment
• knowledge of the curriculum and current guidelines
• good ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you also have:

• experience working as a teacher for after-school care
• experience working with students who need extra adjustments and special support
• experience actively driving the systematic development and quality work of the after-school care forward
