Your role with us

Working as a nursing assistant means that you will be involved in one of the best and most rewarding tasks - helping to make everyday life meaningful for our clients. A professional approach and a good attitude are a given for us. We constantly work with a customer focus, where we always have the needs and wishes of our clients at the center. The job includes being a contact person and holding one or more areas of responsibility. You will be offered a varied job with care interventions, activities, and delegated tasks from nurses and rehabilitation staff.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who are a nursing assistant and have completed an approved care and nursing program or other education that the employer assesses as equivalent. We want you to have experience from work in care and nursing, and if you have training in psychiatry or around dementia diseases, it is meritorious, as is experience from care and nursing homes.

Since communication and documentation are part of your tasks, you need to have documentation and computer skills and be proficient in Swedish in both speech and writing.

We are looking for someone who promotes a good working environment and finds solutions in everyday life. You can motivate and inspire and have a professional attitude towards everyone you meet in your work. Furthermore, you have the ability to independently plan and structure your work while respecting decisions made. We want you to be meticulous, engaged, and responsible in the work you perform.

At Almhaga, we work together to create an operation with high quality where both residents and employees thrive. We actively work to ensure that clients and employees are involved in the planning and design of the operation.

The operations of the care administration are aimed at the elderly and people who need functional support as well as those in need of home healthcare. The operation is functionally divided into four areas: support in ordinary housing, support in care and nursing homes, health and medical care, and functional support. The administration also includes the authority unit, the national gymnasium, and the assistive technology center in Eastern Skåne.
