The balance between clinical work and administration can be adjusted according to your wishes and the needs of the organization.

• The position is divided into two roles, each approximately 50%. In the role of clinical midwife, you will perform standard tasks at BMM. Being able to offer menopause counseling is highly meritorious. On-site reception work, with the possibility of telephone and video consultations remotely as needed. During the summer period, the clinical part may increase to cover staffing.
• The remaining administrative part of the position involves being the right hand of the operations manager. This entails a varied area of responsibility. Some work can be done remotely, but certain meetings and planning sessions may take place at the clinic.
• Examples of administrative tasks may include scheduling in HKS, staffing and scheduling in our booking system, main supervisor for midwifery students, participating in quality follow-up with the operations manager, developing local guidelines, planning staff days/developing the organization together with the operations manager.
