We are now looking for a dietitian for a temporary position in outpatient and/or inpatient care with us. Welcome to the rehabilitation unit (VO) in Hässleholm.

The rehabilitation unit in Hässleholm is a newly established area that conducts rehabilitation in all hospital departments and has outpatient care and day rehabilitation with about 70 employees in the unit. We have specialized clinics for pain rehabilitation, memory assessment, and a rehabilitation clinic.

We have a good working environment and a positive development climate with great opportunities for growth. The hospital is within walking distance to the station, and it takes 35 minutes by train to Lund.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a dietitian, you will work with dietary and nutritional treatment of patients. You will collaborate with doctors and nurses and be responsible for dietary history, assessment, counseling, prescriptions, and orders in outpatient care. You will work with various teams: for example, diabetes, cardiology, neurology, and pain management, as well as day care and memory assessment as needed.

The work is based on a holistic perspective for the patient and their needs, to plan the future for the individual in the best possible way, and here you contribute with your specific expertise. You will collaborate with municipalities and primary care.

There is an opportunity to work some time remotely via digital healthcare contacts, such as digital video meetings or phone contacts. Working hours are during the day, Monday to Friday.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a licensed dietitian with the authority to practice in Swedish healthcare. Proficiency in Swedish at least at level C1 according to the Council of Europe’s scale is required. Experience with documentation in the Melior journal system is desirable.

We highly value being self-driven and flexible with excellent collaboration skills. Other valuable qualities include the ability to create structure, creativity, and initiative. We see that you are confident in your professional role and have the ability to ask for help and set boundaries when needed. The position will require strong collaboration, attentiveness, and a good pedagogical ability to convey knowledge to both patients and colleagues in the organization.
