JOB DESCRIPTION

The tasks include standard nursing duties in both regular and special housing. It is the patient's needs that guide the assignments. For some, we perform more basic interventions and for others, more advanced home healthcare.

You will have close cooperation with care staff in both home care and special housing.

You are available as support at night for patients and staff in care and nursing homes and in home healthcare. The work is flexible and varied with both planned and urgent interventions. Both team and solo work occur, and consultation via phone is a work task. Driving is a central part of the job. It is important to feel secure in your nursing role and be able to make independent decisions as you may face unplanned situations in patients' homes.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse.

You have the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work in a functioning and effective way together with your colleagues.

You are good at collaborating, can easily adapt to changing circumstances, and see opportunities instead of obstacles. You are self-driven and enjoy working both in a group and independently. We would like you to work according to the competence description of licensed nurses in your daily work with person-centered care, teamwork, evidence-based care, improvement knowledge for quality development, safe care, and informatics.

Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities. A valid driver's license (B) is a requirement.

If you have a foreign nursing degree, you must apply to the National Board of Health and Welfare for Swedish licensure. Good knowledge of Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale is a requirement.

OTHER

There is an opportunity to combine the job with being a part-time firefighter. Assessment is made based on the needs of the operation.
