The clinic in Ängelholm consists of about 32 employees from various professional categories, including doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, social workers, psychologists, occupational therapists, rehabilitation coordinators, and medical secretaries. The clinic is divided into two different teams. At the clinic, patients with affective disorders, anxiety disorders, as well as various forms of personality disorders and neuropsychiatric conditions are primarily assessed and treated. The clinic is at the forefront of development and works with standardized care programs and team-based care. You will thus have the opportunity to work with and contribute to psychiatric care characterized by collaboration, openness, and quality.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We now welcome two driven and proactive nurses with an interest in general psychiatric outpatient care. In one of the positions, you will be part of our affective team with a special assignment aimed at patients with bipolar disorder. You will work as one of six nurses at the clinic and as one of two nurses in your team. Your responsibilities include psychiatric assessments, medication follow-ups, follow-ups according to lithium dispensary, drug screening, and nursing work both individually and in groups.

In the other position, you will be part of our NDD team with a special assignment aimed at patients with neuropsychiatric issues with specialist psychiatric comorbidity. Your responsibilities include psychiatric assessments, medication follow-ups, follow-ups according to ADHD dispensary, drug screening, and nursing work both individually and in groups. The work offers an exciting journey with many challenges that you share with the other staff groups in the unit.

Since the work is explicitly team-based, we place great emphasis on personal suitability.

You who apply are a licensed nurse with permission to practice within Swedish healthcare and have language skills in Swedish at least at level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale. It is strongly meritorious if you have a specialist education in psychiatry. Furthermore, previous experience in adult psychiatry and multilingualism are meritorious.
