We are looking for part-time employees and summer substitutes for our operations.

Viljan Gamla Torg is a residence with special support and short-term placements for adults aged 18 and above within social psychiatry. We are a large residence with 59 places distributed across 6 homes in Höör.

Your work will involve being part of a team that supports, motivates, and activates the customer in their daily life based on individual goals and conditions.

Job Description

Typical tasks may include:

• Support the customer in daily life with e.g. hygiene, cleaning, and planning.

• Perform planned interventions based on the implementation plan.

• Document.

• Medication management after delegation.

• Activation/employment together with our customers.

Qualifications:

You are relationship-building and have a good ability to establish contact with people in vulnerable situations. You enjoy creating good relationships with customers and want to create value for them, and you can easily communicate with caseworkers and other important contacts for the customer. You would describe yourself as an independent and responsible person.

• Support assistant/support worker and/or experience in social psychiatry.

• Driver's license B (Automatic).

• Great emphasis is placed on cooperation skills, initiative, flexibility, and personal suitability.

To apply for a summer substitute position with us, you need to be able to work throughout the entire period from week 25-32, with an introduction and shadowing for a few weeks before starting. Working hours are scheduled during day/evening/weekend.

About the recruitment process
