We are seeking a Specialist in General Practice to join our healthcare center in Kristianstad and help develop New Tryggakliniken – where digitalization, structured workflows, and medical quality go hand in hand.

Tryggakliniken Kristianstad was established in 2018 and is part of a growing group within primary care, occupational health, and wellness. We are located in modern premises at C4 Shopping in Hammar and currently employ around 20 staff members with a strong sense of teamwork.

At our clinic, we focus on:

• digital workflows and structured forms for better medical documentation
• clear routines for prioritization, follow-up, and task management – both digitally and physically
• continuous development work on how primary care can use digital tools wisely and safely for patients

We want you to be a doctor in the truest sense – focusing on medical assessments, continuity, and long-term patient relationships, rather than unnecessary administration.

About You

Requirements for the position:

• Specialist competence in General Practice
• Medical license with eligibility to work within the Swedish healthcare system
• Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish
