RESPONSIBILITIES
Regional Veterinary Services Flyinge is now seeking a veterinarian with a focus on horses who wants to contribute to developing our operations through both medical competence and engagement in building a strong team. We are looking for someone who primarily works with horses, with an emphasis on orthopedic examinations, both at the clinic and in the field. With us, there is an opportunity to shape the content of the role through dialogue, where we together adapt the work arrangement based on your competencies, interests, and the needs of the operation.
We offer a well-equipped equine practice with access to modern equipment, including mobile X-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy/gastroscopy, objective movement analysis, and a well-equipped blood laboratory.

If you have a special interest in orthopedics, you will fit in exceptionally well with us, as we wish to strengthen our orthopedic focus. Your role will be leading regarding orthopedics at the clinic, which is why we are looking for someone with a burning interest and experience in this area. You will have the opportunity to help shape the future of the equine clinic.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a licensed veterinarian with a specialization in equine orthopedics and work experience. As a veterinarian, you must be able to independently diagnose and treat your orthopedic cases with assistance from experienced veterinary nurses or animal caretakers.
To succeed in the role, you need to be structured, have good collaboration skills, and be solution-focused.
Furthermore, you need to be computer literate and have good administrative skills, as bookings and record-keeping are an important part of the work. A Class B driver's license is a requirement for the position.
