Klippan's home care consists of four different geographical areas with close collaboration. Currently, we are primarily seeking temporary staff for our outer areas, which means a driver's license is a requirement. Automatic transmission cars are available for loan at all workplaces.

Your Assignment

As an employee, you will perform tasks according to both the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL). The workday may include:

• Support and assistance in daily life based on the individual's needs.
• Personal care and health-promoting work.
• Medical interventions by delegation.
• Documentation in digital systems.
• Independent work combined with close collaboration within the team.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Is confident in care and can accept medical delegation after training.
• Has education or experience in healthcare and social services (merit).
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Has the ability to interact and communicate in a professional and pedagogical manner.
• Has good skills in using technical equipment and digital aids.
• Is at least 18 years old.
• Has a B-class driver's license.

Appointments are made continuously, and we would appreciate it if you could start working on an hourly basis even before the summer.

Duration: 11 days - 3 months.
