Registered Nurse for Home Care in Central Hässleholm

A varied and stimulating role as a responsible nurse where you work in a team with the patient and other professionals. You will also perform specific interventions and acute assessments. The position is a permanent full-time job with a weekly working time of 38.25 hours, including day shifts and every fifth weekend. You will receive support from an experienced team and have the opportunity to influence and develop the operations.

Who are you?

Requirements:

• Licensed registered nurse
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills (we document in Procapita)
• Class B driver's license for a manual transmission vehicle
