RESPONSIBILITIES

To meet future demands and be a strong resource in the transition to primary care, we are now seeking new, engaged colleagues for our home healthcare services. With us, person-centered care, collaboration, and quality are the focus.
You will become part of an interdisciplinary team where you jointly manage health and medical care within the municipality's area of responsibility. The work involves close cooperation with various professional categories, as well as responsibility for mentoring and delegation to nursing staff.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a registered nurse.
You are solution-focused, engaged, and have good collaboration skills. You work independently and can make your own decisions, while seeing yourself as part of the team. You express yourself well in speech and writing, can prioritize in your work, and contribute to a good working environment.
The work is based on a patient-centered perspective where the individual's participation is in focus. Experience from municipal home healthcare is an asset.
