We are looking for a nursing assistant who wants to make a difference every day for our clients in specialized housing. You will work with individuals experiencing cognitive impairment and BPSD (Behavioral and Psychological Symptoms of Dementia). You are an engaged and driven person with a passion for working with people.

In this role, your ability to meet people with empathy, respect, and attentiveness is crucial. You have a genuine interest in the individual's needs and circumstances. The work is based on a person-centered approach with a focus on safety, structure, clarity, and low-arousal interaction.
