What does the role entail? As an optician at Synsam, you are the heart of our operations. You listen, understand, and guide our customers to the best possible solutions for their vision and eye health. With state-of-the-art equipment, your main task is to carefully conduct eye examinations as well as prescribe and recommend visual aids to our customers at the highest clinical level.

You will become part of an engaged team with the Store Manager and Style and Customer Advisors – together you will inspire our customers to successful purchases and make their experience with us something to remember.

We are looking for an optician who:
✨ Values meeting people and building strong, long-term customer relationships.
✨ Is attentive to customer needs and has a pronounced quality awareness.
✨ Communicates pedagogically and reassuringly with customers.
✨ Is responsible and solution-oriented.
✨ Has an optician license – with or without a DO/Master's degree.
