Physiotherapist sought for Furuboda folk high school.

If you want to make a real difference and be part of the continued educational journey at Furuboda folk high school. As a physiotherapist at Furuboda folk high school, you will encounter a varied and independent work environment. You will meet participants from several different courses at the folk high school. The participants at the school in Yngsjö may have congenital or acquired brain injuries, neurological diseases, or neuropsychiatric difficulties.

Your main responsibilities

You will plan, implement, and document treatment at the functional and activity level based on your assessment of the participant's functional ability and support needs. Individual training takes place in sports halls, gyms, swimming pools, schools, at residential internats, and in our fantastic surroundings with forests and beaches. The work is carried out in close collaboration with others in the team around the participant, such as occupational therapists, speech therapists, social workers, educators, and support staff. The work also includes training in ergonomics and guidance for personal assistants/support staff as well as group interventions.

Employment scope: 30% part-time position, a probationary period will apply

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed physiotherapist with work experience in habilitation or rehabilitation. The work requires a high degree of independence and a good ability to collaborate. We place great importance on your personal qualities. You should be cooperative, flexible, and solution-oriented, and you should have an easy time building relationships with people.
