We are now looking for two dedicated nurses for the Lindeborg Health Center in Malmö. The Lindeborg Health Center is a well-functioning and pleasant health choice unit in southern Malmö, which has good contacts with other healthcare providers in the district. We see collaboration as a success factor and are a health center that strives for openness and views communication as a natural working tool. Our daily work is characterized by patient focus and value-driven management, where operational development is a natural part of our way of working.

Our health center is well-equipped in terms of both personnel and medical equipment. Today, we have 37 employees from various professional categories taking care of our more than 8,200 registered patients. We offer a complete range of services including medical consultations, district nurse consultations, psychologist, social worker, physiotherapist, and occupational therapist. You will also find specialist clinics for heart failure, diabetes, asthma/COPD, and hypertension. Additionally, we have a child health center (BVC) and we are a training center for future specialist doctors with several training positions. Together, we work to offer all our patients safe and accessible primary care with a good reception and high quality of care.

The health center is located in bright and modern premises with an attractive location next to Hyllie station, the arena area, and Emporia. You can easily reach us with good commuting options within Skåne and to Copenhagen.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We now welcome two licensed nurses to our dedicated and wonderful team at the Lindeborg Health Center.

As a nurse, you will work with telephone advice, triage, and assisting doctors with various treatments and examinations. You will be one of eleven nurses and specialist nurses. Together, based on your competencies and areas of interest, you will contribute to the smooth running of the health center according to the responsibilities of the professional group. This involves both teamwork and individual responsibility in various areas such as health promotion work, follow-up visits, and administrative tasks.

We have a positive attitude towards development, both in terms of providing you as an individual with continuous education and opportunities for growth, and that everyone contributes to the unit's development over time. Together, we create our unit within the framework of the assignment.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who are a licensed nurse with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare. Language skills in Swedish equivalent to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe’s scale are required. We also expect you to be well acquainted with the work within Swedish healthcare and the regulations that govern it. It is an advantage if you have previous experience working in a health center and/or are used to making independent medical assessments.

We see that you, as a person, are interested in processes that improve patient outcomes and want to contribute to the development of our working methods at the health center. You are comfortable solving tasks independently, while also being a good team player. Furthermore, you have a good sense of order, great initiative, and enjoy working with people. We also value that you have a positive attitude and are flexible, structured, and solution-oriented. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
