We are now looking for a veterinarian for a longer maternity cover at our family-oriented equine clinic outside Ängelholm.

About the job:  As an equine veterinarian at Ugglarps Gård Hästkliniken Evidensia, you will encounter a fascinating mix of both simpler and more advanced cases in areas such as orthopedics, dentistry, medicine, surgery, emergency cases, ambulatory services, artificial insemination, etc.

We are a small clinic with a big heart, committed to providing high-quality care, personal service, and ensuring satisfied employees, animals, and pet owners. Here, you will become part of a small team of veterinarians, licensed veterinary nurses, and animal caretakers who together see the whole picture in both veterinary medicine and customer interaction. As a complement to the team, we also have a very skilled farrier who works with us a few days a week.

The clinic is modernly equipped with MRI, gastro/endoscopy, X-ray, and ultrasound (both stationary at the clinic and in the field). We are open during the day, with evening hours on certain days of the week.

Who are we looking for?  To be considered for the role, you need to be a licensed veterinarian. Experience working at an equine clinic is a merit but not a requirement.

A valid driver's license (B) is required, as we also provide visits to our pet owners.

We place great importance on being positive, engaged, seeing what needs to be done, taking initiative, and being solution-oriented. You should have experience with horses, be helpful, humble, and value good relationships with both colleagues and customers.

Location: Ängelholm

Extent: Full-time or part-time. Maternity cover until approximately September 2027.
