RESPONSIBILITIES

As a care assistant with us, you are an important part of the team and contribute to ensuring that our residents have a meaningful and secure everyday life. You will work with individualized care and have:

• Scheduled activity time for the residents
• Allocated administrative time
• A stimulating environment where you have great opportunities to influence and develop the operations

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:

• Proof of protected professional title for care assistants, or covered by transitional regulations (permanently employed care assistant as of July 1, 2023)

Meritorious:

• Experience in elderly care
• Good digital documentation skills

As a person, you have a good attitude and a genuine commitment to the task. You are flexible within the organization and in the workgroup. You have good collaboration skills and are used to prioritizing tasks. As a person, you are confident in your role and want to work with the user in focus. It is appreciated if you have an interest in technology, as we have implemented a new safety alarm system. In your work, you thrive with irregular working hours and value flexibility.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
