The short-term unit Byalagsgatan is a new unit in the Lundby district. We are located in newly renovated and adapted premises since January 2025 when we moved in. Patients aged 18 and above with various diagnoses such as physical disabilities, progressive diseases, or acquired brain injuries come to us. Many who come here have been affected in the middle of their lives, and you will therefore become an important part of their journey back. Collaboration in interdisciplinary teams and collegial support are central parts of the work. You will be placed in a stable and experienced team at the short-term unit where all shifts are scheduled.

As a nurse, your responsibilities include assessing, planning, and structuring work towards the individual patient and their relatives based on a person-centered approach. You will follow up and document according to applicable legislation and our quality registers. You will work independently and have patient responsibility, but there are always colleagues to consult when needed.

Our offer to you as a licensed nurse:

• In addition to the base salary, we offer a salary supplement of 12,000 SEK per month during weeks 26–33. The supplement applies to full-time work. For part-time work, the supplement is paid proportionally to the employment rate.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. If you have experience in the profession and with the target group, it is an advantage. The role of a nurse requires you to independently overview, prioritize, and perform your tasks. The meeting with the patient and relatives is an important part of the work, so we consider it essential that you are attentive and provide a good encounter. To provide the best possible care, you also need to have good collaboration skills, as we are several working in teams around the patients. Furthermore, you approach your tasks responsibly and can independently oversee, prioritize, and perform your tasks.

The working hours are primarily scheduled during the day, but some work is done according to a schedule during evenings and weekends. It is advantageous if you can work during the entire or most of the holiday period (weeks 26-33). Does this sound like a job for you this summer?
