Do you want to work in a personal and varied environment where a good working atmosphere with a manageable number of patients per nurse is a major focus? We are now looking for a nurse to join our team in the Southwest.

We work together from beautiful and bright premises at Redegatan 9C in Långedrag. The entire workgroup gathers in the morning to review the day's tasks before we head out to the patients in the various care and nursing homes in the urban area. This gives you the opportunity to have more colleagues where you can both share your knowledge and also gain significant insights through all the experienced nursing colleagues you meet daily.

Your tasks include assessing, planning, and structuring work towards the individual patient and their relatives based on a person-centered approach. You follow up and document according to applicable legislation and our quality registers. As a nurse, you work independently and have patient responsibility. You collaborate closely with your colleagues such as nurses, nursing assistants, and rehabilitation teams. You also cooperate with unit managers and care staff at nursing homes, as well as social workers and doctors. You work according to a basic schedule, which means that you primarily work daytime on weekdays with shifts every fifth weekend and three evening shifts over five weeks.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. We welcome applicants with experience in the profession but also those who are newly graduated. The position requires a B driver's license.
