Lillhagsparken is located in a picturesque area of Hisings Backa. The residence has 81 apartments with the possibility of cohabitation. The residence is divided into 8 different units, focusing on dementia, somatics, and elderly psychiatry.

In your work, you start from the healthy aspects of the resident and utilize the individual's resources. You motivate and stimulate the resident based on their individual conditions in their own home, which is part of the care and nursing residence.

Your tasks include everything from personal care, support during meals, encouragement and support in social activities, as well as collaboration with relatives. Some tasks are performed on behalf of licensed staff. You are also the contact person who helps the resident articulate their needs and wishes.

About You

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant, can show the Socialstyrelsen certificate of protected professional title, or can demonstrate that you were employed as a nursing assistant at the introduction of the new regulations.

Further education in care and nursing is meritorious. Experience from previous care and nursing work is desirable but not a requirement. The job requires computer skills for documentation in IT systems and good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with others.

In your role, you will meet many people, which requires you to work together with others to achieve common goals. You should be respectful, open in your meetings, and always have the residents' best interests in focus. The workday can sometimes turn out differently than planned because you work with people, so you maintain calm, balance different demands, and reprioritize your tasks.
