We have approximately 4,000 registered patients and a close collaboration between doctors, nurses, psychologists, and administrative staff. About the position

We are now looking for a nurse with advanced competence in asthma/COPD who wants a clear and independent role within their area of expertise while also being part of the health center's collective work.

Responsibilities

The position includes, among other things:

• Own nursing reception focusing on asthma/COPD
• Follow-up, treatment, and patient education according to current guidelines
• Telephone advice and handling of cases via 1177
• Medical assessments
• Collaboration with doctors and other professionals regarding patients with chronic diseases
• Participation in the development of working methods within your specialist area

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed nurse or district nurse
• Has specialist competence or documented experience in asthma/COPD
• Has good computer skills and experience working with medical record systems (AsynjaVisph is an advantage)
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Works in a structured manner, independently, and enjoys teamwork
• Experience from primary care is an advantage

Employment form

Permanent employment with start date according to agreement.
