Viljan Tallbackagården is located in a scenic area in Taberg, just outside Jönköping. The facility offers a homely and safe environment for adult men and women aged 20 and above with mental disabilities, such as psychotic disorders, affective disorders, neuropsychiatric disorders (NPF), and some comorbidity.

Viljan Tallbackagården has a total of 24 places. Of these, 17 are short-term places with collective housing and 7 are BmSS places with private apartments.

Our working method is motivating and supportive, with a strong focus on building trusting relationships to promote participation and security. The work is based on the assignment from the placing authority, where the client – together with and supported by their contact person – participates in designing, implementing, and following up on individual support measures.

The facility has a cross-professional team consisting of a deputy manager, nurse, occupational therapist, support assistants/care assistants, housekeeper/cook, and caretaker. A specialist doctor is linked to the facility on a consulting basis.

Your work involves supporting, motivating, and activating the client in daily life based on the individual's goals and conditions.

• Supporting the client in daily life with e.g., hygiene, cleaning, and planning

• Performing planned interventions based on the implementation plan

• Documenting

• Medication management

You are relationship-building and have a good ability to establish contact with people in vulnerable situations. You enjoy creating good relationships with clients and want to create value for them, and can easily communicate with caseworkers and other important contacts for the client. You would describe yourself as an independent and responsible person.

• Support assistant/care assistant and/or experience in social psychiatry

• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written

• B driver's license

Role: Support assistant/care assistant

Employment type: Summer substitute week 25-32 with the possibility to continue working as a part-time substitute if needed after the summer.

Working hours: Working hours are scheduled during day/evening/weekend

Start date: By agreement
