Senior Fullstack Developer

ABOUT THE POSITION

In this key role, you will take full responsibility for our applications, from modern front-end in Angular to robust back-end in .NET. You will be a central link at our office in Hornstull and have a leading position towards our Indian development team of over 25 people.

We are looking for someone with architectural understanding and the courage to set demands. You act as a bridge between technology and customer needs, distribute tasks via JIRA, and ensure that the delivered code meets the highest quality standards. The role entails a unique combination of hands-on development, Scrum master responsibilities, and strategic requirement setting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The role involves leading and driving technical development across the entire stack. You will work to develop robust systems that are continuously updated to stay at the forefront. More concretely, you will:

Lead and set requirements: Be responsible for communication and technical review with the Indian team – you have the authority to correct code and architecture as needed.
Fullstack development: Design and maintain web applications in Angular (v2+) and .NET/C#.
Business understanding: Meet customers (e.g., at fire stations or alarm centers) to understand their operational everyday life and translate that into technical solutions.
Innovation: Integrate new technologies and explore AI solutions to streamline emergency services' work.
Quality assurance: Troubleshoot, test, and conduct code reviews to ensure the highest operational reliability.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO

Has several years of work experience in a similar role, with the ability to build applications from scratch.
Expert knowledge in Angular (v2+), TypeScript, and modern web development (HTML5/CSS3).
Solid experience with .NET/C#, REST APIs, and SQL Server.
Experience leading others, e.g., as a Scrum Master or Tech Lead.
Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is a plus if you have:

Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of microservices architecture and integrations.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies.
A background in requirement setting or close collaboration with product owners/requirement analysts.
