We are now looking for an experienced IT Project Manager for a qualified and strategic consulting assignment with a client in critical infrastructure. The assignment includes several initiatives focusing on the development and establishment of an IT platform for lifecycle management as well as the use of digital models and digital twins.

As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for the IT-related parts within several parallel initiatives. You will lead the development and establishment of a platform that enables lifecycle management, simulation, and analysis using digital models and twins.

You will drive the projects from planning to established management and ensure that identified business benefits are realized through the right resources, structure, and governance.

You will, among other things:

• Be responsible for the project's IT-related deliveries (processes, components, collaboration, management, reporting, etc.)

• Prepare decision support, project plans, roadmaps, budgets, and resource planning

• Collaborate with business representatives, architecture, finance, management, and external suppliers

• Be responsible for procurements according to LOU if needed

• Follow up on deliveries, budget, and forecasts and report status and deviations

• Ensure that the project follows IT architecture processes and governing principles

• Lead and coordinate project teams and resources

• Ensure handover to the management organization

• Establish agreements regarding usage rights and intellectual property rights

You will work both tactically and operationally and manage several initiatives in parallel.

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or Product Owner with an IT focus

• At least 3 years of experience in project management according to the PM3 model

• At least 4 years of experience collaborating with both internal and external parties

• Coordinated at least 5 assignments with a budget of at least 10 million SEK

• At least 4 years of experience working in complex system environments where multiple IT systems interact

• Conducted at least one procurement according to LOU

• At least 4 years of experience in supplier and financial follow-up

It is meritorious if you have:

• Experience from at least two procurements according to LOU or LUF

• Documented knowledge of signal safety systems for rail traffic

• Experience leading project teams with at least two software developers

• Experience establishing and project managing the implementation of a digital twin within asset management

• At least two years of experience from the public sector

The assignment allows for both remote work and on-site work in Stockholm. Presence is determined by the needs of the business and agreement with the client.

Equipment is provided by the client.

Before the assignment starts, a confidentiality agreement must be signed. Upon completion of the assignment, a lessons learned meeting will be held.
