About the role of Technical Project Manager

As a Technical Project Manager at Seriline, you will play a key role in projects where technology, customer relationships, and business delivery meet. You will be involved in the process from early presales and bid work, taking requirements from customers and ensuring that projects are driven towards goal fulfillment, both technically and commercially. You will lead implementations in close collaboration with development teams, product owners, and other internal functions, while building credibility and trust with customers.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead technical IT projects from presales to delivery
• Requirements gathering from customers and ensuring goal-oriented deliveries
• Coordinate with development, product, and support for effective implementation
• Monitor time, scope, quality, and budget throughout the project cycle
• Drive and negotiate with customers and be a strategic partner in all phases of the project

About you
We are looking for someone with experience in technical project management within IT or technology-driven organizations and who has a good understanding of systems, integrations, and APIs. You are used to communicating with customers, partners, and technical teams in a clear and trustworthy manner. You express yourself well in both spoken and written English and Swedish.

As a person, you are structured, solution-oriented, and goal-driven; you enjoy driving projects to completion, setting requirements, and following up on what is needed to ensure successful deliveries. We appreciate curiosity, humility, and a lack of pretentiousness, as well as the ability to collaborate well across functions.

Important for the role:

• Experience in technical project management within IT, system integrations, or similar
• Good understanding of API integrations, system flows, and technical dependencies
• Commercial understanding and ability to build trust with customers
• Experience working at the intersection of internal and external stakeholders in both commercial and technical dialogues
• Post-secondary education is a plus
