We are looking for a test manager for a larger digitization program within the energy sector. In this role, you will lead and coordinate the testing work in a project with IT impact, where the goal is to collect and present disruption information to enable faster analysis, improved reporting, and better support for maintenance actions. You will work closely with project management, business specialists, internal IT resources, and external suppliers, and you will be responsible for ensuring a structured and anchored testing procedure that can also be handed over to the management organization.

The work is conducted according to PPS-inspired project management as well as internal guidelines and instructions. Testing tools are used for test planning and reporting. The assignment may also involve supporting test management in other projects within the program.

• Plan, lead, coordinate, and administer the project's testing work through all project phases
• Lead, coordinate, and report the status and progress of testing and quality assurance work to project management
• Develop, document, and implement an overarching test strategy, test plan, and test report based on the testing process and guidelines
• Lead, support, and if necessary, participate in the development of test data and test documentation, such as test cases
• Plan, lead, and report testing activities such as UAT and end-to-end testing in environments with multiple involved suppliers
• Anchor the testing work in the project organization and ensure a setup that can be handed over to management

• Experience in leading and driving testing work in projects with IT impact
• Ability to develop test strategies, test plans, and test reports as well as coordinate testing activities
• Experience in planning and leading UAT and end-to-end testing in collaboration with multiple stakeholders and suppliers
• Familiarity with working systematically with testing tools for test planning and reporting
• Good communication skills in Swedish
• Ability to undergo and be approved in a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted)

• Experience in project management according to PPS
• Experience in both custom development and implementation of standard systems
