We are looking for you who are UX/UI or equivalent and work as a consultant / Interim and are available for assignments in Stockholm. This is for a well-known company located centrally in Stockholm, where you will work with a popular and well-known product.

This is what you will do with us

• You will conduct surveys to understand how data is perceived and used today internally in the company and then adapt the design so that internal users can gain valuable insights and thus make better data-driven decisions.
• Work with user research and interviews.
• Work closely with both the business and development, collaborating with several product teams.

Your team and workplace

You will work closely with several agile and cross-functional teams with developers, analysts/data scientists, content specialists, and product owners. You will be centrally located in Stockholm and will primarily be on-site. Some possibility for remote work exists.

More about you

• Have solid experience in UX design for digital services.
• Independently conduct qualitative and quantitative user research and translate insights into concrete design solutions.
• Are used to facilitating workshops and driving UX work in cross-functional teams.
• Work systematically with user journeys, hypotheses, measurement, and analysis for continuous improvement.
• Have documented experience in accessibility in digital products.
• Actively explore and apply new technology, such as AI, in the design process.
• Can argue for and anchor design decisions based on user needs and business goals.

You communicate easily and are fluent in both Swedish and English.
