Assignment Description
We are now looking for a Requirements Analyst for our client.
Description of the assignment and project
Leads the work with requirements analysis throughout the project. Works to identify, analyze, and map the business operations' current and future needs. Develops requirement specifications for both functional and non-functional requirements as well as processes.
Clarifies the requirements of the stakeholder against set goals in order to develop and recommend solutions from a business perspective. It is important to have a good ability to understand the stakeholder's needs and an interest in technology that occurs in collaboration with colleagues in the business who are knowledgeable in their field.
Plans, prioritizes, initiates, directs, and follows up on the requirements work/feasibility study according to the processes and frameworks that the client adheres to. Requires good knowledge of usability, modeling techniques, application of various requirement methodologies, and adapting and applying internal processes. Develops feasibility studies/investigations and requirement specifications based on conducted business analysis. Goal-oriented and drives work forward in a way that engages and brings out the best in each individual in creative processes. Confident in oneself and has the ability to make decisions even when not everyone agrees.
Scope of the assignment
The assignment is divided into two main parts:
1 mapping of HR processes
2 requirements analysis.
Concrete work includes
- Plan, book, and conduct meetings with the HRIT team, suppliers, and other stakeholders to develop detailed requirements based on use cases.
- Structure and document requirements in existing systems and templates (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, or requirement databases).
- Establish specifications for functional and non-functional requirements as well as acceptance criteria.
- Manage changing requirements and maintain a living requirements picture throughout the project.
- Participate in verification and acceptance of solutions based on set requirements.
- Be part of the project's core team and contribute to the development of the entire HRIT solution, including associated working methods.
Competence requirements and experience
- Documented experience of similar assignments within HRIT, where both process mapping and requirements analysis have been included.
- Good knowledge of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, competency management, payroll, and employment lifecycle.
- Experience working agile in change projects with iterative deliveries.
- Ability to quickly understand complex organizations and identify key persons and stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with requirements and process tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar.
