We are looking for a management leader who wants to take responsibility for the maintenance and minor further development of BeReg – a competence planning tool/authorization register used to support organizations with requirements related to accreditations and certifications. The solution is a database application for registering and tracking assigned authorizations and approved training. You will work closely with an operational representative and ensure stable, sustainable management.

The system is built in The Trac Project (Edgewall) and the assignment includes both management work and minor development efforts as instructed.

• Ensure ongoing management and maintenance of BeReg.
• Implement minor further development and improvements based on prioritized needs.
• Troubleshoot and manage incidents while contributing to stability and quality in delivery.
• Collaborate with the operational representative and follow up on needs, changes, and deliveries.
• Participate in digital meetings and, if necessary, attend physically as agreed.

• Documented experience working with PHP.
• Documented experience working with Perl.
• Documented experience working with Python.
• Documented experience working with My SQL.
• Documented experience working with Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Documented experience in management responsibility.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Able to participate in digital remote meetings.

• Experience working in Trac and/or other Edgewall projects.
• Experience with similar systems for authorization registration and competence management.
• Experience working in accredited organizations.
• Experience working professionally within regions.
