Job Description

We are looking for a senior information/data architect with extensive experience in PIM and product data management in a global environment.

The assignment involves overall responsibility for modeling, structuring, and governing product data with a focus on standardization, compliance, and local adaptation. You define and establish product hierarchies and clarify system ownership for different types of product information. The role also includes modeling regulations and standards (e.g., ISO) and ensuring that these are mapped to regional and local requirements.

You drive and further develop data governance and ensure anchoring and compliance with the decided information structure. The work takes place in an international context with many stakeholders and requires high structure, clear communication, and good collaboration skills.

Qualifications:

• Senior experience as an information architect and/or data architect.
• Documented experience working with PIM systems (required).
• Experience with the PIM system PALMA (preferred).
• Solid knowledge of product structure, product hierarchies, and product data.
• Experience modeling and applying regulations and standards (e.g., ISO).
• Familiarity with data governance and information ownership in complex organizations.
• Experience working in a global and international context.

You are highly structured and analytical with a clear holistic perspective. You are communicative and confident in dialogue with both business and IT, and have the ability to create consensus around complex issues. You work independently, take responsibility, and are used to making well-founded decisions. Additionally, you have the ability to drive change and ensure compliance within the organization.
