About the Assignment

We are looking for a requirements analyst with a focus on HRIT who will lead the work with requirements analysis throughout the project while supporting the mapping and development of HR processes. You will work closely with HR operations and IT to capture needs, clarify objectives, and recommend solutions from a business perspective.

The assignment is conducted according to agile methods with continuous dialogue, iterative deliveries, and close collaboration with the project's core team. The focus is on producing documentation that enables procurement and implementation of system support for HR and learning, with requirements for both functionality and quality (non-functional requirements).

Responsibilities
  • Map, analyze, and visualize HR processes from both central and local perspectives.
  • Identify areas for improvement and suggest changes in working methods, procedures, and routines.
  • Develop process descriptions using standardized methods and tools (e.g., BPMN or similar).
  • Plan, lead, and facilitate workshops and meetings with HR specialists, business representatives, and other stakeholders.
  • Document results in the form of process maps, scenarios, user stories, and text-based descriptions.
  • Capture, structure, and formulate functional and non-functional requirements as well as acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure that requirements are traceable, testable, and feasible within the existing HRIT landscape.
  • Drive requirements work in sprint form together with developers, testers, and other project members.
  • Manage and follow up on changed requirements and maintain a living requirements picture over time.
  • Participate in the verification and acceptance of solutions based on the established requirements.
Requirements
  • Documented experience in similar assignments within HRIT, including both process mapping and requirements analysis.
  • Good knowledge of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, competency management, payroll, and employment lifecycle.
  • Experience in agile work in change projects with iterative deliveries.
  • Familiarity with requirements and process tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, manage, and follow up on requirements work in line with established processes and frameworks.
Meritorious
  • Experience in requirements work related to the procurement of system support for HR and learning.
  • Experience in producing feasibility studies/investigations and requirement specifications based on business analysis.
