Your new challenge

We are looking for a few systems engineers with slightly different profiles who will work together to solve a wide variety of tasks. These areas may include:

• Requirements, requirements analysis, and assurance

• System design for hardware systems

• Electronics

• Testing and verification

• IT security

With a relatively small and flexible organization, you will get a wide variety of tasks, work throughout the entire project flow, and have the opportunity to engage with multiple different projects and play a central role in delivering new defense capabilities with quality!

Main responsibilities

• Analyze, break down, and realize system requirements

• Define and document how systems should be designed

• Establish traceability to ensure assurance between requirements, design, implementation, and testing

• Establish verification strategies, where and when subsystems should be tested to ensure a functioning final delivery

• Develop test specifications for different subsystems ahead of various testing occasions

• Conduct and analyze test results to ensure that the system functions according to the requirements

What you bring

• You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent education in system development, electronics, mechatronics, or equivalent experience

• Ability to analyze complex systems and identify problems at an early stage

• Write technical reports, requirements documents, and test plans clearly

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in projects with multiple disciplines

• Understanding of Systems Engineering processes including:

  • Requirements analysis and specification

  • Traceability and change management

  • Test methodology and strategy

You must be a Swedish citizen as the position is security classified. You speak and write fluently in Swedish and English.
