We now have a new need and are therefore looking for a consultant colleague with the qualifications below. The position is part of our consulting business, which means you will be employed by us and work with clients or internal projects and commitments.

Your profile (Must requirements) • Documented experience in backend development in Go (Golang) in production-critical, cloud-native environments.

• Deep understanding of distributed systems, including scalability, resiliency, fault tolerance, and high availability (HA).

• Practical experience with microservices architecture and container-based deployments.

• Experience working with Kubernetes and container orchestration in production environments.

• Experience with at least one major cloud platform, such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, or Azure.

• Strong skills in API design, such as REST, gRPC, protobuf, or OpenAPI.

• Experience with observability tools, including monitoring, logging, and metrics (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, or similar).

• Experience working according to DevOps principles, including CI/CD, automation, and Infrastructure as Code.

• Experience in performance optimization, profiling, and troubleshooting in complex systems.

• Ability to work in agile, cross-functional teams with a high degree of independence.

• Fluent communication in English in technical contexts. Preferred qualifications • Experience developing and operating large-scale, high-traffic systems or real-time platforms.

• Experience with event-driven architecture, such as with Pub/Sub, Kafka, or similar technologies.

• Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), including SLA, SLO, error budgets, and incident management.

• Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) in larger production environments.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and tools such as Bazel or similar.

• Experience with observability, telemetry, tracing, and metrics-driven development.

• Experience with automation, developer platforms, and developer experience improvements.

• Experience with high-performance backend systems with low latency and high throughput requirements.

• Experience with data-driven development, analytics platforms, or data pipelines.

• Experience contributing to architecture, technical roadmap decisions, and best practices.
