About the job

As a Product Manager, you play a central role in strengthening the Swedish Tax Agency's digital capability and long-term development. You contribute to the strategic and tactical development of the Integration product and drive the vision, direction, and choices forward. At the same time, you ensure that priorities and deliveries align with the long-term direction. Deliveries are based on the agile framework SAFe.

You are part of the train management and share responsibility for the overall deliveries with other leading roles. You collaborate externally with customers and internally with the organization. You navigate between a strategic holistic perspective and operational priorities, contributing to the development of the integration area in a cohesive and value-creating manner.

This means that:

• you develop and manage the product vision and tactical roadmap
• you prioritize and ensure the quality of epics and features in the product backlog
• you ensure that the product enables effective information flows that support the Swedish Tax Agency's mission
• you identify and analyze needs, trends, and changes that affect the product's future
• you coordinate needs between the business, architecture, other PMs, and development teams
• you drive and communicate the integration product's strategy externally within the organization

About you

• have the ability to switch between a strategic holistic perspective and operational delivery issues
• act consciously and have good self-awareness
• have a good ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish

You should also have:

• several years of relevant higher education or university degree in IT, technology, or a related field, or several years of relevant work experience that the employer considers equivalent
• several years of relevant work experience in responsible roles for integration solutions in a larger and complex organization

It is desirable that you have several years of relevant work experience with the agile framework SAFe.

Good to know

The employment is permanent and may begin with a six-month probationary period.

Employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security review with background checks according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a decision on employment. For some of our tasks in security class, Swedish citizenship is required.
