At Multisoft, we help some of Sweden's largest companies to digitize and automate complex processes with our proprietary low-code platform Softadmin®. We are growing rapidly and are now looking for a solution architect/system owner (LA/SA) who wants to contribute to our continued journey. 

About the role

With Softadmin®, we create real value for companies through automation and efficiency. As an LA/SA with us, you play a central role in realizing the customer's vision – from idea and requirements to finished solution. You actively participate in projects with our customers and transform the requirements into clear and well-thought-out specifications that the development team can work with.

In this role, you will:

• Analyze and understand the business needs
• Develop sustainable and scalable solution proposals
• Design integration solutions in complex system environments
• Drive an ongoing and constructive dialogue with the customer

With us, you combine business understanding, technical competence, and customer dialogue – with responsibility for ensuring that the solution works both technically and operationally. The role involves less focus on pure programming but requires a strong technical understanding and a holistic view of system development. You need to be able to make strategic decisions regarding system architecture, reason about integration strategies, and be comfortable troubleshooting at a high level.

Who are you?

We believe you are someone who is passionate about automation and efficiency. You have previous experience working with integrations in various forms and are used to working in larger and more complex system environments. You have worked in customer-facing roles and feel comfortable in dialogue with clients and operations. Experience with databases, data modeling, and SQL is a plus.

• Be an experienced programmer – technical understanding weighs heavier than specific languages
• Have experience with integration work in complex systems
• Have a good understanding of system development and architecture
• Thrive in a role with overall responsibility
• Be structured, communicative, and solution-oriented

To succeed in this role, you need to have a relevant university degree (e.g., in system development, computer science, or engineering). You must be fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
