It is about being responsive to customer needs and having the drive to offer the best possible software solution. The willingness to seek improvement, uplift the team around you, and help colleagues grow and succeed.

Seniority can mean many things, but more specifically, to succeed in the role we would like you to:

• Have 5+ years of experience in fullstack programming and expertise in, for example, Java or Python for backend, and JavaScript/TypeScript with relevant frameworks like React or Vue for frontend.

• Have an interest in taking on adjacent roles and acting as a bridge between IT and business when needed.

• Have worked with cloud environments such as Azure, GCP, or AWS.

• Be able to express yourself fluently in Swedish and English.

• Have a driver's license.

• Have experience from manufacturing and/or process industry (preferable).
