Quality Assurance Specialist at Fresenius Kabi in Uppsala

We are now looking to strengthen our team with a Quality Assurance Specialist in the QA-Finished Products & Complaints department in Uppsala, working with product release.

Responsibilities

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will:

• Evaluate and assess batch documentation for finished products prior to batch disposition decisions by an expert
• Initiate, investigate, coordinate, and assess quality deviations
• Issue, review, and approve governing documents
• Support production in quality-related issues, CAPA, and CC matters, among others
• Actively participate in improvement efforts within the organization

About You

To thrive and succeed in this role, you are meticulous, responsible, and resilient under stress. Since the work involves critically processing and evaluating information, you must possess high integrity. In this role, you will have multiple points of contact at various levels within the company, which requires excellent communication and collaboration skills.

You, as a candidate, have:

• A degree in a scientific field (e.g., pharmacist, university or civil engineer in biotechnology/chemical engineering or similar).
• Several years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in quality assurance/release work
• Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and, if applicable, in English.
• Good knowledge of the Office suite, as well as experience working according to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

About the Position

The position is a fixed-term employment for trial purposes, which will transition to a permanent position after 6 months, subject to agreement between the parties. Immediate start.
