Personal Assistant

We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference in another person's everyday life.

As a personal assistant, you will have a varied job based on the user's individual needs, wishes, and implementation plan. Our main task is to support and help the user achieve a good quality of life and a meaningful everyday life.

What can we offer you?

Working in a resource team means that you work with a number of users that you alternate working with. You will replace regular staff as needed during, for example, vacations, illness, or vacancies. You will make yourself available/schedule for work and will be booked accordingly, including day, evening, weekend, and night shifts. You must be flexible as you will work with many users of different ages, both children and the elderly. If you have a driver's license, you will be prioritized in the process as several users live outside Falköping town.

Main tasks may include:

• Working with clear routines and clarifying pedagogy
• Assisting with service tasks such as cooking, laundry, and cleaning
• Assisting with personal hygiene
• Documenting in our documentation system VIVA

What are we looking for in you?

We are looking for someone with nursing education or child and leisure education. Personal suitability is highly valued.

You must master the Swedish language both orally and in writing, and knowledge of Serbian and Bosnian is an advantage. Experience with social documentation is also advantageous. You should also have some technical knowledge, e.g., be able to handle a computer, iPad, etc. Knowledge of Serbian and Bosnian in speech and writing is also advantageous.

A B driver's license is required.

Upon employment, a certificate from the police's criminal record must be presented.

Information

Selection will take place continuously, and interviews may be conducted during the application period. References will be requested.

• Salary supplement: Resource staff receive a salary supplement of 1500 SEK/month in addition to the regular monthly salary as compensation for shifted working hours and a flexible working method, including day, evening, and night shifts.
• Working hours: the full-time measure is 36.33 hours/week. This amounts to 1895 hours/year.
