Procurement & Logistics Coordinator

We are now looking for a Procurement & Logistics Coordinator for a consulting assignment starting in early February. The role is administrative and coordinating, suitable for those who enjoy being the spider in the web and want to contribute to efficient purchasing, logistics, and delivery flows. The assignment is full-time, 08:00–17:00, and performed 100% on-site.

About the role

Your tasks include creating and managing purchase orders in SAP, following up on orders and invoices, and ensuring proper documentation. You are responsible for purchasing consumables and forecasting needs to avoid shortages. An important part of the role is also to proactively coordinate service and maintenance of equipment and act quickly in case of downtime in collaboration with internal and external parties.

Furthermore, you are responsible for coordinating national and international deliveries of packages and product samples, including export and import management. You work closely with freight forwarders and customs specialists, create and follow up on customs documentation, and drive cases forward when deliveries get stuck – focusing on identifying what is missing and ensuring that the right actions are taken.

About you

We are looking for someone with experience in a coordinating role within logistics, export/import, or administration, and who has worked in SAP or similar ERP systems. Experience in purchasing and supplier negotiations, as well as an education focused on logistics, supply chain, or export/import, is advantageous. A basic understanding of customs regulations is also a plus.

You are solution-oriented, structured, and meticulous, while also being service-minded with a strong internal customer focus. You are motivated by creating order, driving issues to resolution, and contributing to the efficient functioning of the organization.

The assignment is a consulting role for 6 months with good opportunities for extension.
